Henry Nowicki, Ph.D. and Wayne Schuliger, P.E. are full-time PACS principal scientists who provide and direct routine and advanced testing, R&D, and consulting services for the activated carbon industry. Relevant documents are available upon request.

PACS provides testing, courses and consulting at the client's time and place, and twice a year carbon conferences.
