The course instructor is Ronald Kuis, Esquire. His background, with degrees in science and law, is ideally suited to this course . Mr. Kuis has experience with a wide variety of environmental compliance matters, including civil litigation in Federal and State courts as well as administrative appeals before the US Environmental Protection Agency and various State environmental agencies. He has performed numerous environmental compliance audits as both a nuclear engineer and as an attorney.

During this course, you'll learn how to develop compliance strategies, understand your obligations under current laws and plan for future regulatory initiatives. As a benefit from this course, you'll gain an understanding of environmental legislative and regulatory processes and how they apply to your situation.
